Northlake commons
THE PROJECT
Recognized as Seattle’s first CLT mass timber building of its size, Northlake Commons hired Fearey to create a robust PR campaign to expand awareness in the Seattle area and generate leasing interest.
A unique feature of the project was Northlake Commons’ partnership with Seattle Public Utilities to install a bioswale at their new North Lake Union commercial office building. The bioswale, filled with native plants, will clean and filter 2.6 million gallons of stormwater runoff from the surrounding neighborhood each year.
