Kirkland Urban

THE PROJECT

Kirkland Urban is a suburban oasis full of exciting retailers. Our work over the years has been to drive media awareness to increase attendance at free community events, drive general awareness of the center, and plan and implement influencer engagements to support key retailers.

OUR RESULTS

Features

Activations included “Spreading the Love,” a multi-influencer Valentine’s Day promotion encouraging couples to shop at anchor tenant QFC and cook a Valentine’s Dinner at home, and for friends to celebrate Galentine’s Day by enjoying a night out at Lounge by Top Golf For “Shop Local,” we worked with a popular local shopping and lifestyle influencer to highlight a ‘Day at Kirkland Urban” with visits to multiple retailers, including boutique Walla Walla Clothing Co, café Rare Tea, and gallery Ryan James Fine Art For tenants Urban Eyes and PowerHour360, we worked with a shopping influencer to promote new frames and ocular aesthetic services and a fitness and family influencer to showcase group classes and personal training offerings.

Performance

The Reels generated by our influencer partners generated a combined 21,537 video views reaching over 45,000 possible users. Ultimately, these influencer visits generated excitement, foot traffic, and positive buzz for Kirkland Urban’s retailers.

Fearey worked with local influencer Natasha from @Suitcasesinseattle to plan and organize a visit to tenant Power Hour 360 to promote their workout class offerings.
