The Fearey Group said bon voyage to a team member yesterday. James McIntosh is leaving the country for a sabbatical of sorts. He’ll travel through South Africa for the next two months. It’s not the first time he’s taken an extended trip but it’s a dream trip for him and we sent him off with our good wishes for his health and enthusiasm for the journey. We’ll hear from James periodically on his journey and will post those updates. For now, he answered a few questions about the trip.
Q: Where are you going?
A: South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania and Kenya.
Q: How long will you be gone?
A: About nine weeks.
Q: What do you hope to see on your trip?
The big five – African elephant, leopard, black rhinoceros, Cape buffalo and a lion.
A: What experience are you looking forward to the most?
Camping for about 40 nights from Cape Town, South Africa to Nairobi, Kenya.
