Food. It’s never far from my mind. I consider myself a novice Foodie and I’ve been a fan of Portland’s food truck scene for some time. When I read that Seattle is finally coming around to having a pod of food trucks, it was like a dream come true. This morning, I read the challenge from Seattle Weekly’s Roll with Jen for Seattle to show its support of the food truck pod by showing up to eat, I decided I would make the trek to “the pod” and give it a try.
