Hunters Capital completes remodel and expansion of the Dunn Automotive Building

Hunters Capital completed the remodel and expansion of the Dunn Automotive Building at 501 E. Pike St. on Capitol Hill.

The eight-story project is unique because of the way it combined preservation of the pre-war building already standing with the creation of an entirely-new mixed-use development. The facade of the 1925 building was retained and inspired the design of the new space that rises behind it.

The building is home to 89 apartments, 9,000 square feet of office space and 7,000 square feet of retail, including Ethan Stowell’s new Tavolàta location.
